Boiled Green Corn
Ingredients
Corn in the husks
Instructions
1 - Do not take off the husks until just before cooking the corn, and have a kettle of boiling water ready
for the corn as soon as it is husked.
2 - Do not salt the water.
3 - Let tyhe corn cook from 8 to 20 minutes, testing it with the sharp prongs of a steel fork.
4 - For serving the corn in a folded napkin on the serving dish, bringing together the ends of
the napkin to cover the corn.
