Broiled Mushrooms
Ingredients
12 large mushrooms
salt
pepper
butter
buttered toast
Instructions
1 - Take 12 large mushrooms and, after washing, remove stems.
2 - Broil the caps (place cap side down at first) for 5 minutes in a buttered broiler.
3 - Then turn cap side up, add salt and pepper and drop a bit of butter on each cap.
4 - Serve them on buttered toast.
