Buttered Peas
Ingredients
2 qts peas
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1 - Shell 2 qts of peas and boil until tender; then after draining and drying on a cloth,
put them into a saucepan in which 2 tbsp of butter have been well heated, but not browned.
2 - Stir the peas until they have become thoroughly mixed with the butter and serve very hot.
