Ingredient Amounts

6 medium-sized Maine potatoes
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 cp of minced cooked bacon
2 tbsp milk

Instructions

1 - Mash potatoes with salt and pepper.
2 - Mix in bacon, then milk
3 - Form into flat cakes and fry until brown on both sides.
Serve at once.
Approximate yield: 6 portions
