Corned Beef Hash with Potatoes
Ingredient Amounts
3 cps corned beef, chopped
3 cps cold boiled Maine potatoes, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cp milk or cream
Instructions
1 - Mix corned beef and potatoes, add seasonings, moisten with milk or cream,
spread evenly in hot buttered frying pan.
2 - Cook slowly until brown, turn and fold on hot platter.
Yield: 6 portions
