Apple/Pear Crumble
Instructions
1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 - In a 13 X 9 inch baking dish stir together the lemon juice, orange juice,
nutmeg, cinnamon.
3 - Stir in the apples and pears(peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch slices
4 - Toss the mixture to coat the fruit well.
5 - sprinkle on 1/3 cp brown sugar.
6 - In a bowl blend together the remaining 1/3 cp brown sugar, the butter and flour until the mixture is like coarse meal.
7 - Sprinlkle the fruit mixture with the flour mixture.
8 - Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
