Scrambled Eggs
5 eggs, beaten slightly
1/2 cp milk
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter or fortified margerine, or drippings
Instructions
1 - Add salt and milk to the eggs.
2 - Heat skillet and add butter or margerine or drippings.
3 - Add egg mixture and cook over low heat until of creamy consistency.
4 - Stir constantly, and continuously scrape from bottom and sides of the pan.
Notes - Ham or bacon fat may be used in place of butter or margerine
Sour cream is delicious in place of the milk.
