Bacon Sandwich Fillings
Bacon-Cheese:
Combine 1/4 cp chopped crisp bacon, one 3-ounce package cream cheese, 1/2 tsp horseradish, a tbsp milk, and 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, if desired.
Mix well and store in the refrigerator until used.
Bacon-Pickle:
Fry 6 slices of bacon and lay on paper to absorb grease.
Crumble and combine with 1/2 cp chopped dill pickle and 1/4 cp mayonnaise.
Recipe amount - makes 4 sandwiches.
