Soya Cream Soup
1 strip bacon, diced
2 tbsp onion, finely minced
2 cps water
1 cp milk
4 tbsp soya flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cp cooked pureed or finely chopped vegetables
Instructions
1 - Slightly brown bacon and onion.
2 - Add 1 cp of the water and the milk.
3 - Bring to a boil and add the other cup of water which has been mixed with the soya flour.
4 - Simmer 10 minutes then add salt, pepper and vegetables. Serve hot.
5 - This amount should be doubled if used as a main dish for lunch.
