Snap Beans with Crumb Topping
3 tbsp butter, fortified margarine or drippings
1/2 cp dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated raw carrot
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp grated onion
1/4 tsp salt
1 lb snap beans, cooked
Instructions
1 - Melt butter, margerine or drippings and add bread crumbs
2 - Remove from heat, add carrots, parsley, onion, and salt.
3 - Place hot beans in a serving dish and sprinkle with topping
