1 can drained snap beans
1 tbsp shortening
1 tbsp all-purpose enriched flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cp milk
1/2 cp liquid from can
1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

1 - Melt fat on high heat
2 - Stir in flour and seasonings
3 - Add liquids and cook until thick
4 - Add beans, heat to piping hot
