Cottage Cheese and Green Pepper Sandwich Filling
1/2 lb dry cottage cheese
1/3 cp. evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3 tbsp chopped green pepper
1 tbsp minced onion
Instructions
1 - Put cottage cheese in small bowl of electric mixer.
2 - Add evaporated milk and cream well, or use a pastry blender or a fork.
3 - Add salt, pepper, green pepper and the onion.
4 - Mix well.
