Cheese Sauce
3 tbsp butter or fortified margerine
2 tbsp all-purpose enriched flour
1 cp milk
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 cp grated cheese
Instructions
1 - Melt butter or margerine, blend in flour.
2 - Add milk slowly.
3 - Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
4 - Remove from heat, add seasonings and cheese.
5 - Stir until cheese is melted
