Dutch Beans
2 slices dice bacon
4 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp enriched all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cp hot water
1 tbsp vinegar
4 cps cooked green beans
Instructions
1 - Brown the bacon, add the onion and brown lightly.
2 - Add flour and seasonings and borwn. Add hot
3 - water and cook, stirring constantly until smooth
4 - and thickened. Add vinegar and beans. Heat
5 - thoroughly.
