Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
Put in a covered utensil with 1/4 cp water.
Sprinkle salt over the potatoes.
Use 1 tbsp salt for 7 medium size potatoes
Cover, bring to a quick boil, then reduce the heat to maintain a gentle boil.
Cook 35 - 40 minutes. Peel after cooking while still hot.
