1 cp all-purpose enriched flour
1/2 tswp salt
1/4 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 cps bran
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cp sweet milk
6 tbsp molasses
3 tbsp melted shortening
3/4 cps raisins

Instructions

1 - Meassure 1 cp sifted flour and sift again with
salt, soda and baking powder.
2 - Add other ingredients in the order given, mixing thoroughly
3 - Bake in well greased 9 inch round cake pan for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
