Deviled Eggs
6 hard-cooked eggs, shelled
1 tbsp cream or mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp vinegar
3/4 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
Instructions
1 - Cut hard-cooked eggs in half. Remove yolk and put through a sieve.
2 - Add seasonings and beat until smooth and fluffy. Refill whites of eggs.
3 - Garnish top with a dash of paprika, sprig of parsley or chives.
4 - Other seasonings such as onion juice, ham, sardine, or cheese. may
be added to the yolk mixture.
