Chili Con Carne with Soybeans
2 cps cooked soybeans
1/4 lb salt pork, diced
1/4 cp chopped onions
1/2 lb lean beef
2 cps tomatoes
1 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1 - Fry salt pork until crisp.
2 - Add onions and let them get slightly browned.
3 - Add beef and cook slowly for 5 minutes.
4 - Add tomatoes, soybeans, chili powder and salt.
5 - Heat to boiling and serve.
