Oyster Stew
1 pt oyters
3/4 cp cold water
4 cps milk
1/4 cp fat
2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika
Instructions
1 - Place fat in saucepan. Melt over high heat.
2 - Add oysters and water and cook rapidly until oysters are
plump and edges begin to curl.
3 - Add salt, pepper and paprika and lastly milk.
4 - Bring to a quick boil.
Serve immediately.
