Buttered Brussels Sprouts
Select light green compact heads.
1 quart serves 6 people.
Remove blemished leaves and tough portion of stem.
Wash thoroughly.
Cut small gashes lenghtwise across stems so they will cook as quickly as the heads
Place in a pan with 1/2 cp waqter. Cover. Bring to a quick boil.
Simmer for about 15 minutes then drain.
