Scalloped Fish Flakes
1 1/2 cps fish flakes
1 1/2 cps white sauce
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cp grated dry bread crumbs
1/2 cp grated cheese
Instructions
1 - Shred fish. Make white sauce (see recipe for Salmon with
Biscuit Topping) and add beaten egg.
2 - Stir in fish and seasonings.
3 - Pour into individual greased baking dishes or greased 2 qt casserole.
4 - Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
5 - Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
